RMA of New York Westchester - Mount Kisco

Dr. Lederman and the team at RMA of NY are simply amazing. They offer so much support and have so much knowledge regarding fertility and the treatments they offer. My husband and I were lucky enough to conceive naturally the month prior to our scheduled egg retrieval. Dr. Lederman offered so much support as well as early monitoring which gave us such piece of mind as first time parents. I highly recommend Dr. Lederman and the whole team at RMA.

This is a modern and convenient location for those living outside of NYC or Long Island. The staff are all really nice and the nurse that did my blood draw was very skilled and caring. This was much appreciated as I am terrified of needles. Dr. Letterman was also very nice and professional and I am looking forward to going back!

My husband and I had our first consultation with Dr. Lederman in June of 2021 so we were fortunate enough to be able build a solid foundation with him. His professionalism and care throughout IUI cycles and our journey eventually leading to IVF was all that we could have hoped for. His team is just as incredible, from our care coordinator Jenna, to Nurses Katie and Nicole (just to name a few) could not have been more patient and supportive to make me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire, very emotional process. RMA of NY never made me feel like I was alone all the while going through an experience that could be very lonely and for that, I will forever be grateful for this practice and their staff.

Dr. Lederman and team worked with us to give us the best shot at starting our family. Thankfully I am now pregnant and discharged from RMA. But I honestly couldn’t have done it without everyone at RMA. Dr. Lederman was always very compassionate and cared about our best outcome. Would highly recommend him and everyone on his team. As well as the kind front desk staff and phlebotomy team at Mount Kisco. Thank you!

Dr. Lederman and his team are incredible! Working with our coordinator Jen Ciappetta has been a dream. She’s so helpful and on top of our details that it makes us feel like we truly are the only patients there. Cannot recommend RMA enough throughout your family building journey!

This entire staff is wonderful. From the doctors and nurses to the receptionists and fertility coordinators - everyone makes you feel comfortable. Our fertility coordinator in particular, Jen Ciappetta has gone above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. I love that she tries to see us any time we are in person and really build a relationship, not just make things transactional. There’s also a nurse, Nicole, who is so pleasant every time she calls.

I was/am still a loyal patient of Dr.Lederman and he and his team are the most amazing people. From our first consultation to our last 10 week appointment with my baby, they were compassionate, informative, and realistic. Every procedure (3 medicated IUI’s, 1 IVF cycle, and one transfer) was handled with care. Because of RMA, I am 25 weeks pregnant with my first baby girl after trying for 4 years. We will continue to use Dr.Lederman and RMA to complete our family after our little girl comes.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Lederman and his incredible team at RMA, including Jenna and Jen. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt a sense of warmth and support that made my journey so much easier.Dr. Ledermans expertise and compassion are unparalleled. He took the time to explain every step of the process, answering all my questions with patience and clarity.Jenna and Jen, Dr. Lederman’s coordinators were equally amazing. Their professionalism and kindness made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire experience. They were always available to address my concerns and provided the emotional support needed during this time.

Love this place!! Great staff, Katie W is awesome and Jen my coordinator is amazing. Loving my experience so far. Dr Lederman is the best doctor, is so informative and helpful. They all make me feel so seen and heard.

Dr. Gerber and her staff were (and still are!) everything I could have hoped for and more. Their professionalism, knowledge and kind hearts throughout everything truly made the whole process incredible. They were able to answer all my questions (at all hours!) and I really felt supported by everyone I encountered there. I would absolutely recommend the whole staff at RMA!

Everyone at this office have been so awesome! We have Dr.Gerber as our Dr. Madeline as our coordinator and Jenn has been filling in for her. They are all exceptional! Thank you all for always being patient with all my questions and super nice and supportive through this process. You are all such a blessing!

Excellent procedure performed by Dr. Lederman. Anesthesiologist Meredith was so lovely calling the night before to check my history, she was calm and warm. The nurses made me feel comfortable and safe. So grateful for this team!

Jen Ciappetta is compassionate, extremely patient, and overall just an amazing person to work with while my husband and I navigate IVF. We feel very lucky to have found both her and Dr. Lederman.

Dr. Lederman, his team, and all interactions I had with RMA during my journey were amazing. Everyone is so nice, helpful, and responsive and Dr. Lederman is an excellent doctor!

Its interesting to see how well a reproductive clinic provides the benches outside, neither of which looks clean. I would not sit here. Who knows what racoons have gone on here.

This might be a very long review, but I hope everyone who wants to consider RMA to see this first. I only went through 1.5 IUI Cycles and decided to switch clinic immediately.The first day 3 blood work they never called to inform resultsThe first round of IUI, they gave wrong contact information to Alto so I didn’t get any texts or emails about Ovidrel prescription so I almost missed the shot.First round of IUI, ultrasound showed I was going to ovulate on right side, as my right side foloppian tube is blocked, I had to tell Gerber to candel the IUI cycle, because there are 3 doctors you don’t have a dedicated doctor, who ever is owning there that day deals with you, however they three seem like don’t talk to each other! You have to educate the new doctor what problems you have.2nd IUI cycle:The day 3 blood work results didn’t come until I called, and they didn’t prescribe Letrozole and I caught it over the phone call, and CVS couldn’t get it ready within the same day…Must call them all the time, stall them all the time, push them to work, gosh!On 5/31/ my ultrasound was scheduled at 7:15, I arrived at 7:18, and waited until 7:45 to get called…And apparently it was quick and hurts, Lederman hurts me every time when doing ultrasound which I never had such unpleasant experience doing ultrasound anywhere else.6/1 IUI Day: I was a couple minutes late to the insemination, they even kept me waiting another 30 mins… when I asked the new doctor Klein (yes I experienced with all 3) if he’s using an ultrasound, he said no he knows where to put, but my uterus is tilted…A lot of red flags, RMA don’t treat me as a patient, they treat me as a number...
