Great place! Scheduling over the phone was a breeze. I got a text with the link to upload all my info before my appointment. The clinic was nice and clean. Receptionist was friendly. FYI THEY DON’T ACCEPT APPLE PAY. Although I was still able to be seen. Nice and convenient for someone who doesn’t feel well!

It is really difficult these days to find good urgent care in Albuquerque. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The nurse who checked me in was pleasant and kind and listened to my concerns. Eric was the NP that I saw and he was awesome. Listened to me fully and treated me accordingly. Did not look at a computer the whole time or ask me the same questions over and over like I have experienced at other places. I am so appreciative of the care I got here. Thank you.

My husband had a really bad eye issue and I was able to get in the same day for an appointment. Was seen in the clinic after a short wait in the waiting room. The doctor was super nice and got us taken care of fast. The problem was with the pharmacy. Since it was a holiday the one we normally use was closed, but I wasnt aware of so we needed the prescription sent to another pharmacy. That was changed quickly but that pharmacy was out of that medication. So I needed it transferred or a new prescription sent somewhere else. The doctor already left for the day. The nurse or person from the front desk said shed take care of it for me in the morning. I was extremely grateful to her for going above and beyond for my husband. And I know that the medicine issues werent their fault but they did try to help in a quick manner for me to try to get it filled. I do really like your clinic staff for being able to go beyond normal care for their patients.Thank you again Erica Kemp

I usually can’t stand the doctors office. This place was a delight. I was really amazed at how just friendly and nice it was there. Also, I had to cancel the day before and they were great about that so you can’t ask for more than that.

So easy to make an appointment, then fill out my paperwork online prior to my appointment. I was given a time for my appointment, so I returned when it was my time. There was no waiting around at all. This was the easiest medical appointment I have ever had! I will absolutely return to this location again when I need to.

This clinic has very kind and professional staff. I made an appointment here for my son for a sports injury based on information I found on their website about treatment options for sports injuries. Unfortunately, while the provider was a very nice guy, the only thing he offered for my son’s condition was an RX. He recommended he do some stretching and exercises but never gave my 13 year old any demonstrations, education, or even handouts on his condition. His advice was that we google them ourselves. The clinics website led me to believe we could get referrals for imaging and therapy which is why I made an appointment at this place, but we were told to follow up with a primary care doc for that. Ultimately, unless you’re just looking for meds, I don’t recommend this clinic for children’s sports injuries

Ive always had great care here. I saw Eric (Evans?) today and he was phenomenal. He listened and asked questions, which make a huge difference in healthcare. I got the proper x-rays and meds for my issue. I feel confident in my recovery. I would recommend to friends and family.

Went to this location in Rio Rancho after getting terrible service at the Golf Course office. This place was amazing! Victoria the receptionist was so friendly. Dr Eric was so caring and wonderful. He took time to listen to me and my concerns. I felt well taken care of when I left. I will definitely only come to this location from now on.

The online check in and paperwork website is super easy and helped get me seen fast! The doctor was helpful and easy to understand. They offer Drs notes for work. The check in desk clerk was a sweet heart. The triage nurse was nice and thorough. Definitely a great place to go to. Quick and easy!

I gave a star only so I can right this review. The doctor or whoever we saw deserves no stars and needs training. He needs to learn to introduce himself, wear a name badge and actually check the patient over and ask questions that pertain to the problem. He did not check the heartbeat, lungs, etc. He said he could not help. He only could help with a cough, cold, fever or STD. Horrible place, will not recommend or go back.

I would give this only half a star if possible. After I fill everything out online to get an appointment. I arrived early in hopes of getting seen quicker. Then I’m told that they don’t accept my insurance.Why not tell me that when I’m filing out my information? I might have been seen elsewhere that does accept my insurance. I wasn’t going to take it out on the person who told me, I was waiting to be able to do this online. By chance this doesn’t get posted I will be taking a screenshot.

Excellent experience, given the circumstances. I did not have my son’s insurance card but the woman at the desk put in extra work and was able to find it. The wait time was minimal, triage nurse very kind and the provider was very warm and understanding.

Horrible service and attitudes! Twice I have booked for services only to get there and be told they cannot provide said service. The receptionist IS RUDE and doesnt care that a sick or hurt person wastes time and energy and laughs, because according to her she gets paid regardless DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.. Im surprised to see so many positive reviews. My 8th grade, fully vaccinated son came home from school with a large, small orange sized lump in the middle side of his neck after complaining of neck stiffness the day previous. I took him to this urgent care. PA examined him and came back to us with a print out of the very same google search I had done previously, from home.... diagnosis: mumps. We were very surprised and pointed out to the PA that the swelling was not along the jawline like in the google search pics and that the swelling was only on one side. He insisted that he was correct in his diagnosis. We were sent on our way with directions to monitor and let him rest and recover. I called his school to let them know he had the mumps because, infectious disease. They sent us to the CDC to be tested. Test came back negative. It was not the mumps. Took son to the UNM Sandoval ER because now his neck was even more swollen and we still didnt have a diagnosis. We recieved an Immediate diagnosis of a severe lymphatic system infection. We were sent by ambulance to the UNM pediatric hospital where he spent 5 days on IV antibiotics and then another 7 days on oral antibiotics. We were told we were so lucky it had not burst because he would have immediately gone septic. Long story short. This urgent care clinic did a google search and got it horribly wrong. Have never been back.

Went online and made an office appt. Filled out couple things on my phone pressed to checkin on line got there 15 mins early was greeted and asked to take a seet. Was called and after breif wait was taken to give vitals and weighed waited another short wait then the doctor came and discussed the issue and the treatments and I was treated and was able to leave within an hour of my original spot. Very nice caring professional and getting the prescription for the Walgreens on Southern and the Highwsy was as easy as driving up to the window. Very smooth professional way of dealing with a health issue. Thankyou people Too notch care

Not a fan of Wikipedia knowledge when I’m in desperate need for medical attention. I waited over an hour to be lectured on how little bananas provide potassium and told I couldn’t be helped when it came to imaging to check on a possible bowel obstruction. Completely stunned by the lack of professionalism and listening skills provided by the woman who saw me.I went to Duke City Urgent care where they had NO problem ordering imaging for me and provided care within 30 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. Not updating your patients and leaving them locked in a treatment room for over an hour is beyond me.

I phoned to ask about services provided to see if I should come down there for a goat head stuck in my finger and is infected. The receptionist said they couldn’t treat that there and then refused to let me speak to anyone else that worked there including when I asked to speak with a supervisor. This is about as urgent care as it gets and it’s pathetic that I was (probably incorrectly)told it couldn’t be treated there. Take my money elsewhere, permanently.

Everything was seamless and so professional. Staff was awesome, facility was great and honestly it was the best experience we’ve had in years with regards to a medical appointment. Highly recommend especially for high school sports physicals.

First time visiting this establishment, new to Rio Rancho and have visited a few Urgent Cares and Im happy to say this has been the BEST one. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Was able to make us an appointment within the hour, not a long wait. My husband really liked Dr. Evans. The service and care was excellent. We plan to continue coming to this Urgent care when we need it. I do recommend it.

The worst Urgent Care whatsoever, Wait is an hour longer than stated . They wont send your meds into the pharmacy till 2 days later. They dont listen and rather you suffer than actually prescribe you what you need and or actually send it in. this place is a joke

I went in with symptoms that werent ordinary, and was told to get a PCP. I am in the process of doing that but cant be seen until a couple months out.All in all, nothing was done, nothing was recommended, a referral was made for testing to be done, but made to absolutely no where.

Next/LAST In care!! This place let a walk in take my daughters appointment while actively struggling with asthma and breathing issues!? No questions or nothing, just take a seat. Do YOU ALL UNDERSTAND EMERGENCIES!? ARE YOUR REPS TRAINED at all....!?Going to file a complaint as NO ONE should ever bring their kid in with breathing emergency issues and get turned away! Obviously they werent bad enough for an e.r. visit, hence why i chose urgent care .... I learned my lesson. Urgent care doesnt care, even if a kid is in a current asthma attack, they Will Not Help!!V. B. Front desk member made it clear Next Care is not only Next in care, but last. Going to be sure i get the word out as much as i possibly can to my sister businesses and their crew members as well. No longer recommending this place as they apparently dont understand emergency or even medical situations!?But yet, when asked...i was told to blame management. So i will. And Continue sharing and spreading the world until Im out of breath, at this point. No one should ever be treated this way. Including children!!!

I went to UC 2x for a rash and was given a referral to Dermatology. I called a Dermatology office and was told that in order to make an appt, that NCUC had to fax over the referral. I called to see if they could do that and they stated they only send out referrals when requested. I explained my situation to the gal on the phone and she said there was nothing she could do. So I have a referral that is sitting in limbo, and NCUC and the DERM office are not budging on processes to help someone get medical care. Gotta love our Medical System these days. I will not be coming back to NCUC any longer for any of my needs, this experience turned me off completely.

We have always had great experiences here, but today was different. We walked in, my son is actually crying because he feels so terrible and the woman at the desk tells us, sorry, the spots for today are full. We can see him tomorrow. This is at 2 in the afternoon by the way. WHAT?!? How does an URGENT care fill up appointments?!? What is urgent about that?! How are you not even going to let us wait for a gap between patients? Its terrible. Turn away a 4 year old who is seriously hurting, but keep the URGENT Care on your building and in your title?! Unethical. Dont waste your time stopping here if you really need help, for real.

Able to make appointment the same day. Check-in very easy. Roxanne was great. She apologized for the wait (it wasnt very long though). She was caring and very efficient. Eric, the provider, was also great. Very good bed-side manner. Explained everything and made sure my questions were answered. This is my go to Urgent Care clinic every time.

Lady who examined me spoke very condescendingly and didn’t really listen to my problems, or ask many probing questions, and kept cutting me off. Seemed like she just wanted to write me off and make me feel like an idiot. Visit was a waste of time. About as helpful as a quick google search—in fact, even less so, because she started off saying that’s what I should do.

A bit of a wait for an urgent care location, but I went and ran an errand or two, and came back...time for my appointment...so it wasnt too bad; for a walk-in, REALLY not bad...less than half an hour. Good friendly staff, quick efficient examination, and hopefully (pending application of prescribed medication), resolution of the issue I came in with.Id go back, if necessary. Lets hope I DONT need to go back.

I have become so disappointed with this location. I booked a visit online. I received confirmation and even a reminder. When I showed up for my appointment I was told I couldnt be seen for 2 hours because they were virtual that day and only had one provider for all of their locations. I asked what good was my appointment and why was it confirmed if it wasnt actually going to happen at the scheduled time. I was just told again that they were virtual and only had one doctor. None of this explains why I was able to schedule and even got a reminder for the time I booked when they knew that no one would be able to see me when I came in. So poorly run. I am very disappointed.

Dont feel like the providers did a good job. I went in for a simple ear cleaning and I still cant hear. Its been 2 weeks and they told me to take sufaded. I paid outa pocket since I dont have insurance and this happens to me at least once a year and know for a fact theres wax lodged in there. Its been very frustrating trying to go about my normal days and feeling off balance

I arrived here this am and was told it would be a virtual visit. I wasn’t told , however, that it would be an over two hours wait to be seen by a virtual provider. The front desk lady has a lack of empathy and professionalism. She seemed bothered when I alerted her my virtual visit was disconnected. When the provider did come on she didn’t introduce herself. I realize there is a shortage of providers but I refuse to accept low standards because of this. When I mentioned I was disappointed to have to wait for an excessive amount of time to be seen she said they have 30 patients and only two providers. Firstly, tell the customer this at the time of check in to anticipate a very lengthy wait so we can make an educated decision as to accept this long wait or not. Secondly, we are the customer. We shouldn’t feel like we need to be made wrong when complaining about such a terribly long wait.

Our experience was not bad. The provider came in and evaluated my wife and I at the same time. She gave a diagnosis and provided a treatment plan for our symptoms with prescriptions. We went to the pharmacy. I was given different prescription than what we were told verbally. I called the provider to find out they had a related medication listed as having an allergy or reaction from a visit in 2019. I informed them I didnt have a reaction to that but it was close in name to one I didnt like talking. I asked how we could fix it and was put on hold. The call disconnected and I didnt receive a call if it was fixed or not. I picked up the alternative treatment medicine and followed the instructions. Make sure your records are accurate when you make an appointment. The provider is attentive and thorough in getting a diagnosis for treatment.

Brought my son in to be seen. As late as it was, and hated to do that to all who worked. They accepted us with smiles and PATIENCE! We are very grateful for the NP who caught a pretty serious issue on the X-ray performed. She was also so kind to give us a referral for semi quick service at the ER.I did not catch everybody’s name but the young lady up front and 2 gentleman in the back were amazing and very caring to my son. We will definitely be back with any future needs. Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart and again I am SO sorry for taking him in right before you all closed.

It was our first time coming to one of these clinics. Hubby and I drive OTR and are originally from Texas so we didn’t know where to go until we called around to various and found this clinic. Called ahead to confirm that they were able to do DOT physicals. Hubby and I both needed ours. Our truck is 40’ so we can’t just go to any place without first making sure we fit in the parking lot. We came in as walk ins and thankfully they took us right into the line up. Don’t be discouraged by the wait list as it told my husband we would be seen at 7:40pm after checking in around 1:30pm that day. No guarantees on how long anyone else will take but we were in and out way before that. All the staff was super friendly and provided great customer service. I’ve already recommending it to any drivers I know. Thank you all for a pleasant experience!

Awful experience. Never going to NextCare again and will make sure to spread that sentiment to my friends and family. I’ve received much more comprehensive and empathetic care at PresNow. Med tech scared me to death with her personal experience making me feel like I may have to have my uterus removed because she did, and provider (she didn’t give me her credentials…NP?? PA?? MD??) was rude the entire duration of the video visit. I was told there was not a doctor on site, but I asked if they could still order imaging and was told they could (not in my case, of course, so that was a waste of a copay). Provider made sure to berate me by telling me I have a chronic issue, not an urgent one, so not only did I waste my money and time, I now feel like an idiot for seeking help at all. I hope that provider finds her bedside manner and empathy.

Waited over an hour for scheduled appointment while others with later appointment times were taken ahead. Receptionist said she had made a mistake when approached about the long wait. Nurse practitioner could not handle the nonemergency problem. Was charged despite the wait and inability to assist medically.

My daughter had an appointment at 12:30pm. Was in pain and needed her prescription filled. They couldn’t manage to forward the prescription to Walgreens before the urgent care center closed. She has to wait until the next day now. In all my 63 years I’ve never encounter such poor service on such a simple task!!!Take her money and can’t follow through! Not professional! Maybe this is why that on a Saturday there was only other patient there in and out. A ghost town.

I went in for a scheduled visit just to be told by the receptionist “oops we should’ve sent you a text that it was going to be a virtual visit, guess we didn’t. They won’t be able to do a physical exam, do you still want the appointment?”(what a waste to get out of work early to go, just get told this) I said yes so long as I’m still a to get a referral for the ultrasounds and X-ray I need…. she said YES I’ll be able to..… no I didn’t get them. When I asked if I can get the referrals the dr I had Alex told me no, they don’t do that over virtual but if I’m still in pain come back when a dr is here in house on Sunday…BUT!!! Before I was even called back a lady came back pissed off from just being there because they GAVE her a REFERRAL for a X-RAY and sent her off to a place that didn’t have a tech to do the exam… so why was she able to get a referral for what she needed but I wasn’t??? Also when I was checking out I told the receptionist by the way the information you gave me was wrong they didn’t give me a referral and she looked at me with a face of confusion and if I was wrong…

I have been seen at least twice a year since 2017 at this location for Urgent Care with various illnesses and I have not had a bad experience not a single time. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Urgent Care facility especially if you have Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico. The Dr. Has ALWAYS been attentive to my needs and has diagnosed me correctly every time.

The front staff, and tech assisting me were incredibly friendly, and pleasant. I received a text as I pulled into the parking lot informing me a X-ray tech would not be available until the afternoon, which was beyond unprofessional when it comes to giving any appropriate advanced warning, and the wait time was horrible. I had an appointment, and still waited 1 hour 10 minutes before I was seen. The provider’s bedside manner was poor. When giving me reference to where I would find the X-ray location the doctor implied I would know because it was near a brewery. I don’t drink, so that was a little confusing. And she questioned me with tone as to why I waited to come in as long as I did. I’m sorry, I needed to wait until I had active health insurance. I won’t be returning, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The Rio Rancho location is great! Staff was very efficient and friendly. Nextcare allows you to schedule an appointment online making the wait time much less than a walk in urgent care visit . I was in and out quickly vs hours I have waited at other Urgent care centers.

One of the best experiences Ive ever had at any doctors office. No seriously. Checked in and was given an estimate of how long the wait would be and an option to wait in my car. The estimate given was spot on. The check-in application worked well and kept me updated with my place in line while I waited in my car. All of the people here are genuine, professional and personable. Very good experience. They also do not force mask wearing which was so greatThis will be the first place I go to the next time I need urgent care.

I came into NextCare because of an eye ailment. I was efficiently checked in and then saw a medical assistant who checked my weight, blood pressure, temperature, and oxygen levels.Next, I saw a nurse practitioner who was extremely thorough in examining my eye. What impressed me most was her straight forwardness. She explained what she would do and any limitations in her procedures. I was encouraged to see my optometrist.I left feeling that she had been thorough, clear, and most importantly, honest.Based on my experience, I would most definitely recommend NextCare for situations that are not super serious. I got in and out with a positive experience in a MUCH SHORTER! time than visiting an ER.I am an old geezer who was happy to learn that they accept Medicare.

I made an appointment due to left abdominal pain. When I got to my appointment and told them my name the person checking me in said oh! I was meaning to call you! We wont be doing your appointment today. We dont do scans on Thursday. When I asked why she didnt call me she said she forgot. When I asked why they cant see me without a scan she said they just wouldnt. I drove here in pain for an appointment just for the receptionist to just so happened to forget to tell me that they refused to see me.

I had an appointment. When I arrived 10 minutes early, there was no one in the lobby at all. They took me back and put me in a room for over an hour and did not even check on me. I eventually left without being seen, or checked on and went to another place. I was in and out of the other place within 15 minutes with a prescription. All I needed was for them to check my throat and give me a prescription.When I have an appointment, I expect to be seen within a half hour of that appointment time, or at least checked on and notified the wait will be longer.This facility does not follow any standards of care that I could tell and I will never consider them for care in the future as they do not provide care that I could see at all.

This location is horrible. Closed half the time. Once was sent home with the flu and a different location had to figure out it was the flu. That Dr just sent me home with a Zpak and left it at that. Tried to take my daughter there tonight it was 7:35pm They close at 8. Online said they were still taking walks ins. My daughter is crying in pain. I asked if they are still open. She said yes but not seeing anymore patients until tomorrow. They were 3 of them just sitting there.She told me to take my daughter to the emergency room. The petroglyphs location is amazing!! Will from now on be taking my family to that one even if it’s a little further. Dr and staff at the petroglyphs location have been the best! Go there if you don’t mind driving a little further.

I first tried to call, and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. I gave up and drove there. The receptionist was very bubbly and helpful and made me an appointment for 3 hrs later. I was very sick but came back at my appointment time. The Pa was running late but the nurse informed me & offered me a drink. I really liked the PA, Diane. She was helpful in explaining what I had, and prescribed the medication for me. Overall it was a good experience. Because I was sick I wish they would’ve answered the phone so I didn’t have to make 2 trips. I like the idea of making appointment so there aren’t a lot of sick patients in the waiting room. Please improve the call line!

I really try to avoid this urgent care because of the poor experiences I’ve had in the past but really needed to go in for some extreme pain I was having (this is one of the only places around who accepts my insurance). Scheduling online and check in was fine however once I got to the back it all went down hill. The X-ray technician did my triage and was very dismissive from the start even to the point of reviewing medications as “whatever this is” while looking at the chart. Then once I waited for 45 minutes the provider came in, didn’t even introduce herself, and started with “So there is nothing I can do” before even listening to my symptoms or reviewing medical history with me. I am extremely disappointed in the “care” I received.

Yesterday was my first visit, and I am really impressed with most of the staff at the NextCare in Rio Rancho. The Medical Assistant and the Provider that saw me were fantastic; Super efficient and friendly. I am happy with the care! The front desk ladies could have been more friendly. I didnt have to wait more than about 25 minutes from the time I checked in to when I was seen. A text message was sent to me showing my place in line, while they had me wait in my vehicle. I will check in online next time, since I saw that there were 3 people ahead of me who had registered online ahead of time who werent even in the building yet. My script was sent over to my pharmacy and filled about 20 minutes later. The place was clean, but the walls were thin enough to hear what was being said in the other room and outside my door. Overall, Ill go back again if I cant get into seeing my primary on short notice. Im glad we have that as an option here. Thanks NextCare!

Last time I came here I left a one star review. It was horrible. I was so hesitant to go back this week, but had to get my kid seen. It was probably the best experience I’ve had at a healthcare facility. Walked in and was greeted with friendly conversation and quick service. Was told an hour long wait, which was fine, I was expecting to have to sit in the waiting room but we were placed into a room shortly after. The tech, Bret, was super friendly and professional. He made it easy to wait for the provider. Checked in on us multiple times, brought us water, and kept us updated on wait time. The NP was friendly and informative. The only thing I would say negative is that when I called the location about an appointment and the lady said she had availability at 7pm and to wait in my car until I received a text to come in. Well at 7:20 I went inside because I had not received a text and the receptionist didn’t show me as having an appointment and they closed at 8pm. Well she said I could be accepted as a lock in but could take up to two hours to be seen. I decided to wait.From the time I went in to the time I left was amazing customer service and I couldn’t have been more pleased! Easily the most doctor in a box place Ive ever been to.Only reason its getting 2 stars and not 1 is because the front desk and my nurse was super nice and accommodating.Went in with a complaint of an off and on 104 fever.Got tested for covid and strep, both negative.The doctor actually said idk why you have these fevers but you dont have a big one now, what would you like me to do.?Your job, would be a start.The doctors note she wrote read like a toddler wrote it to get out of work.So big reason for this review is that I was so angry and upset that I just went into ER, boom, within 30 min. Made an appointment and showed up 10 minutes early. Staff said it would be 2 1/2-to-3 hour wait. Went home to start dinner. They called after 1 hr 10 minutes. I was about 10 minutes away and got back right away. Waited about 2 minutes in lobby and was seen. The nurse was great and Crystal, the doctor, was fabulous. The woman at the reception desk, as well as the doctor, apologized for the wait and thanked us for our patience. Would be 5 star except for the issue with the initial wait.

The app and process to be seen had some confusion but the staff was really friendly and great with getting it explained and working through it all. The doctor was very nice and efficient. However, the process after the visit was frustrating. It has been 5 days without any word on test results, when trying to call the local office it forwards you to the 800 number Im assuming, the gold times are horrendous, and the first time I actually got a rep she said she had to transfer me to the local clinic which reroutes you to the same 800 number. I went to a different company for the same test and already got the same results back.

Very disappointed in this clinic. I scheduled an appointment yesterday (3/29/23) at 2pm. I arrived at 1:30 and did all of my registration online. When I walked in, I advised the receptionist that I had checked in online. From what Im guessing, it didnt work because she asked me for my information again and said ok, I have you checked in. I sat down and immediately received a text saying that my video visit was scheduled and to confirm. I asked the receptionist what this was about and she said that they did not have a provider available so it would be a video visit. This should have been told to me when I made the appointment! After agreeing to be seen via video I get another text telling me that my video will begin at 2:45 pm. What????? My appointment was for 2pm!!!!! I then tell the receptionist that my appointment was scheduled for 2 and she said that there were walk-ins ahead of me. Why even schedule an appointment?????? When I finally get taken into a room, I sit in front of a laptop and wait another 20 mins for a doctor to enter the chat/video. He was not too friendly and not too bright. We in New Mexico get the bottom of the barrel doctors because nobody wants to work in this state. I went in for a sore throat and an earache. The doctor told me to go home and take at least 2-3 Covid tests and if one came back positive, to call back and he would prescribe me something. I at least thought one of the MAs would check my throat or ear but nothing! I went home with no resolution. Thanks a lot NexCare! Im sure you were quick to bill insurance for a bullsh*t appointment. I had been in a horrible car accident, being rear ended 24 hours ago. I started feeling immense pain overnight and was referred to NextCare by my wife who is a Registered Nurse. I was absolutely delighted with my treatment at NextCare. It was an extremely clean, exceptionally run facility. The staff was empathetic and quick to facilitate all my needs and provide me maximum comfort and customer service. My wait time was extremely low and all the other patients were visibly comfortable and happy with their service as well. The Physicians Assistant and nurse that treated me were amazing, incredibly knowledgeable and really showed they cared a lot. I have NEVER had a medical experience that even comes close to how well things went at NextCare. All paperwork and documentation was handled quickly, accurately and I received great assistance with that also. would absolutely HIGHLY recommend you use NextCare for your needs. I don’t plan on going there ever again! No bedside manner’s by the provider, I could hear her talk about other patients and their need for narcotics and how she does not prescribe them. The MA/RN didn’t do my strep test correctly she swabbed my tongue and not my throat, her nails too long for working in a clinic. Not once did I see anyone use hand sanitizer or wash their hands. I didn’t even see any sanitizer around. When calling for my results, the gal on the phone was extremely rude! What a waste of money and time!! I could have gotten better care from somewhere else!! I had lost my voice due to what turned out to be strep throat and my hands were shaking badly due to chills. It was about a 2 1/2 hour wait. I wrote down the background and relevant info. Dr did not look at it much and kept in asking me questions the answers of which were on the paper. She decided I had strep throat and prescribed antibiotic. I am starting to recover. They fail to tell you this when you book the apt so I took off of work for this to be seen Ill need a doc note to even be here and they cancelled the apt because they dont have a provider and on the website it gives you the option for video or in person. When I requested my medical records to be sent to me I got them the next day and there were medications incorrectly documented, my reason for coming in was wrong as well as multiple issues with things I didn’t say being documented as well as things I did say not being documented. When I spoke with him to discuss the issues and told him my concerns he ended the conversation by telling me he’s the only person who can fix it and he’s not and hung up on me. The provider was so unprofessional, she was taking bad about the patient next room to me, no only that but she told me what was my condition and that my sickness needed to just run it’s course, no meds. 3 days later I ended in the Hospital dehydrated and so weak, they gave me an Imodium pill, 2 litters of IV potassium. This location is the worst out of them all!!! There is never a wait less than an eternity!!! They are always “we are short staffed,” “we don’t have a doctor today” “we are whatever excuse we want to come up with for being lazy!!!” I was in with my elderly father whom needed medical attention very badly for a sinus infection! I hope this young lady is just passing through for her school credit and not hired person! She has a lot to learn! A little dissapointed that all the walkins were able to walk in and out before us with an appointment. The front desk staff is very polite and efficient, both things you want when you arent feeling your best. The doctor listened to my concerns and asked questions and didnt make me feel rushed through the visit. It is a great urgent care facility and the ability to hold a spot on the list by signing up online makes the process that much easier.

Just took my one-year-old son to get seen. Office was so clean. Reception was friendly and professional. Doctor was amazing. She didnt treat us like we were just a number. She actually reassured me and made me feel so much better about what was going on with my son. I have been to different NextCare locations and I recommend this one by far!

I had an appointment for 2 pm today. When I arrived 15 minutes early as requested NO ONE was in the waiting room and I sat for 15 minutes. When I was called back I was asked some questions and did the normal height weight and blood pressure. I was then placed in a room where I SAT for 30 minutes. The app stated there were no patients waiting in the waiting room and no scheduled patients scheduled but there I sat for over 30 minutes while I heard talking and laughing coming from somewhere? It seems the people at this place think their time is more important than the patients! I will NEVER use this place, EVER!

I was extremely happy with my visit. I was checked in, called back, tests run, saw Dr, Diagnosed and sent on my way home with script already sent to pharmacy ALL within 30 minutes. WOOHOO I am so impressed and happy at it all. I was treated with kindness, caring and smiles from each person I spoke to. WAY TO GO NextCare!!!

The location was convenient, the online scheduling, paperwork, and check-in were easy to navigate and we didn’t have to wait long to be seen. I’m thankful they are open on Sundays as I was able to get my kiddo diagnosed with strep throat and treated without missing work on Monday.The only downside was my $100 co-pay, but that’s an insurance/American healthcare issue and not their fault.

I appreciated the medical care I received here. Front office staff, however, were very unpleasant. Lady claimed they did not take my insurance, even though my insurance directed me here and said I would be covered. Front office lady told me I would have to pay for the visit in full, or buy their care plan. I didnt have a choice and had to pay for their plan. I called their central billing afterward who said they DO accept my insurance, and I had to wait 50 days for a refund. Will not return.

This was one of the best urgent care offices I have ever visited. I was able to check in online and the wait time was not long at all. The staff was friendly and so was the physician. He was prompt on my testing, antibiotics and test results. They even called me back 3 days later to follow up. Highly recommend!

Typically respectful front office, wait times vary greatly so its worthwhile to use the convenient online check-in, some providers are better than others. The provider I saw today came across as dismissive, uncaring, and I dont feel exercised due diligence in communication--at least--leaving me feel we received substandard care this time (and the last time I encountered this particular provider), so it may be a good idea to call first and see who the clinic provider is, as other times Ive received excellent care. Ill be sure and remember to call ahead so I dont get that provider again.

They got me in quickly (had to fill out paperwork) two different times last week and both times the Nurse Practitioners who attended me were friendly, professional, thorough and provided outstanding informative service. They were not in a hurry to make sure I received the help I needed.

I have to say I have been nothing but impressed with my care. I cant ever get in with my Optum provider and never have an issue with nextcare. I love that you can do all the paper work on your phone and check in from your car. The providers are very professional and the environment is clean.

Went in saw a great provider who listened to my problems. Found out that I had an infection and ordered antibiotics. Excellent staff from the front desk to the medical assistant who took my vitals. I have a great GP doc but getting an appointment is problematic. At least when I come here I can get good quality medical service to take care of my problems. Thank you very much.

I was standing near the door waiting for them to open, and one of the employees was walking in and she snapped, We dont open til 8:00 !! . I just chuckled to myself, and said, Thats ok, I know how to tell time. . I guess she was not having a good day, or was extra stressed dealing with Covid.In any case, I went in and the girl at the desk was really nice. After filling out 3 pages of information, I gave it back to the nurse, and they called me in within a few minutes. The test itself wasnt bad at all, and they did a great job ! I would go back if I ever need to, these guys were great ...

I looked at their check in time at 1:50. They had a 2:00 open. I showed up on time as this location is near my job. I was in and out within 25 minutes. The front desk staff was friendly. The nurse was friendly. The physician was also very friendly and empathetic with me. It was a great experience.

Felt like I got full service! Needed an x-ray which they had available on site and provided me a CD with the images that I could take to an orthopedic when I needed. Took a while to get in but the staff kept me updated on status and helped with the paperwork. If I ever need an urgent care again, I’ll be back.

I used their website to fill out my paperwork as a new patient. It was easy and convenient. When I arrived early for my appt, I checked in with the receptionist. She was friendly and addressed any concerns I had. The facility was clean and the staff were professional. I am new to the area and this is def my one stop for any urgent care need.

I was there with my daughter who was having a severe allergic reaction on 1/8/2022 I got there at 9:23 am. this was an emergency, for me urgent care when is an emergency they will see you right away instead they were taking walk in who wanted a covid test. I was there for 2 hours, they even checking in a family of 4 who came in 15 min after me, they were not outside waiting to be call in, they actually check in 15 after me. Anyway, after the doctor saw her, he was careless, acting like it was a not a big deal, didnt even prescribe a cream for the itchiness, didnt even ask any questions, all he did was increases the dose of medication that the previous doctor had giving her. A couple hours after this visit we end up at the ER with a really nice doctor who seems to really care. They got her in right away.Not to mention one of the girls at the front desk was giving attitude to all the patiences checking in, I almost step in because she was so RUDE, her tone of voice and the way he was asking the questions was not acceptable, people like that shouldnt be in the medical field.IN OTHER WORDS IF YOU DO HAVE A URGENT SITUATION DONT GO HERE, SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE, BECAUSE URGENT MEANS URGENT!

Don’t waste your time or money. I was told the X-Ray machine has been broken for months. Provider told me to go to the ER. My issue is not an emergency. This is why so many people skip urgent care, and go to the ER.I can honestly say this is the worst provider I have ever dealt with.

Very nice clean facility. Reception staff were very courteous and professional. Dr Candice was quite thorough, Very professional And courteous.My second visit was on 2/29/2020 due to hyperglycemia. I was checked by Dr. Scot. who also was quite professional and courteous.Overall a good experience and I can fully recommend.

This place is fine, generally in and out quickly even during busy times. especially if you complete the paperwork online prior to the visit. Providers are good here.Only complaint is on one of the guys that works in the back, might be greg I am not sure though. The guy like to make the turn into the parking lot, speed through the parking spots, cutting you off (when you are in the process of parking) just to park himself 20 feet away. Just so he can make it to work on time. Pretty much just an a$$.

I came to Urgent Care yesterday because my job required me to have a covid test before returning to work. I was not pleased with the wait time. Since I was a walk-in, I got in line outside the door at 7:30 in hopes of being seen quickly when they opened at 8. There were 19 people ahead of me. I guess because we are walk-ins they just tried to squeeze you in between people that have made appointments. There was only one person doing the covid-19 testing yesterday. I stood outside in the cold for 2 hours before I was able to go into the lobby. They only allow 7 people in the waiting area at a time. Once I was inside it took another full hour before I was registered, tested, and released. They need a more efficient system for walk-ins. Perhaps we could sign in and give our phone number and at least be able to sit in our car and wait for them to call us in. I felt like I was not sick at all going in but after standing outside in the cold with people coughing around me for 2 hours it wouldnt surprise me if I now catch something!

Very Bery bad service Dr was unprofessional. My Husband went to different Dr to get stitches after being sent home with no service done on him. Also was Charged a copay because their systems were supposedly down. Insurance fraud and will be reporting and filing grievance. Beware of this location.

There may be a little time to wait in-between each step of the process but the staff are kind and caring and make sure you understand the “checkin on your phone” process once checked in it’s not long before your name is called and your ushered in to a room where your vitals are checked and reason for being there is reaffirmed. The nice young lady then shows you to a room where you await your turn to see the Dr. The Doctor was very professional and gets right to the problem diagnosing your problem he then can refer you to a specialist if needed and prescribe medicine to be picked up at the pharmacy of your choice . The whole time there is like clockwork and the staff very professional and knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have.

Had vertigo and went there to get a doctors excuse for work as I had to call in right before arriving at work. Quite frankly, I was afraid to drive. When I got there all seemed well until one of the receptionists reprimanded me about my homemade mask slipping and barely showing my nose. All this while I was trying to reach in my purse for my wallet to pay. Granted, I was very dizzy at this point but they didnt seem to care. I was quickly taken to a back room by the doctor to be interrogated about them not issuing an exemption. I told the doctor I was not there for an exemption but for a note and the obvious....to check my vitals and maybe, just maybe a prescription for the horrible migraine I had. What a TERRIBLE PLACE! I will NEVER EVER go there even if there was no other option. The receptionist got extremely sarcastic and condescending as I left after I asked them to remove my personal info from your files. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE from the billing girl, the doctor...the whole experience. No concern that I was dizzy and was driving.....nothing

The overall experience was ok. Checked in at 9:40am and checked out at 10:15am. Which would be great if that was all that happened.Front desk intake person was nice and courteous. She finished my intake and then concerned herself with watching whatever TV or movie was on her phone next to her keyboard. I dont know if it was her responsibility for the issues that come next, but I thought I would mention the activity.The waiting room was filthy. There was dried liquid spots on the armrests/seats of the chairs, dried blood on one chair, filthy walls, and the floor was only swept in between the chairs, not under.The TV was broken or the service was bad. Also people were just hacking phlegm all over and that would be my guess as to the dried liquid spots on the chairs. They were not made to wear a mask, even though masks were clearly available. One person was not even covering their mouth when they coughed and just spewed germs in to the air like a fountain of sickness.Took 12 minutes from checking in to triage. Triage tech was quick, super nice, and thorough. This took 4 minutes total. The triage room was pretty clean. Just corner dirt/debris, dirty mop streaks on the floor, but everything else was pretty good.The medical professional was the same as the tech. Took 7 minutes from triage to being seen. The provider was quick, efficient, wasted no time with small talk, and was very personable. Got right to the heart of the issue and on my way as quick as can be expected. The whole interaction was 5 minutes.The exam room had not been swept, had dried blood on the floor, and no accessibility in place for handicap people with issues hiking themselves up on a super high exam table.I waited 7 minutes for the discharge paperwork. Sadly around even more hacking, coughing, and obviously very sick people.I wouldve loved to have given 5 stars and wouldve done so if the review was only based only on the care I received, but I will be very, very lucky not to be viral sick from my visit. On top of my current issue.If they spent some extra effort cleaning up the place and keeping sick people masked. It would be a great clinic.

From the first telephone contact to the final goodbye every staff person , medical and clerical, was polite, welcoming, professional, courteous and friendly. More than anything, they were kind and caring. I absolutely loved this experience.In the future I will avoid urgent care centers affiliated with major hospitals in the area where I received the exact opposite of what I just described. And those hospital affiliated UC require an appointment! No urgency in their part and no genuine care.

This was my first time visiting the new location. My previous experiences were awful at the old one but, thought Id give it another chance. Dawn was spectacular and showed true sympathy which is difficult to find in providers today. Was in and out in 30 minutes. The front desk ladies were not the nicest (the girl did not even say hi just, I need your ID and insurance) and as they were checking me in, they were discussing personal issues they have with a physician loud enough for my husband and I to hear, definitely think they could use a bit more training. Overall, great experience

After getting setup on their portal we couldnt make it in the same day since the COVID is rampant these days. I was able to make an appt next day and only had to wait 30 minutes in my car to be called in. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of patients they were most apologetic and told us they would call us in about 2-3 hours. Not a problem for us!Well, they called us back in 1 1/2 hours and waited for us to show up (10 minutes later). Everyone there is so kind, friendly, apologetic, and knows what theyre doing! With all of the COVID testees walking in or making appointments, we were still happy that we got the COVID tests that we needed.Give them a chance! They are super swamped and still managed to get us taken care of in less than 2 hours.Oh, and its a spotlessly clean place with COVID protocol.

You cant walk in anymore. You have to call to make an appointment, even though online it says they take walk ins. Im legally blind and cannot drive. I had to take an Uber there. My son and I got there at around 10am and they said the next walk in appointment is at 2pm. I asked if we could wait there since I cant drive and they said no.

Will never go there again. I did realize why they asked me to prepay. Waited 30min to get called and came out after finishing basic q&a with a nurse because there was no available room. Another 30min we had to wait to be seated inside.Another 50min again it took for us to see a doctor inside. Seriously. We would just walk away if we didnt prepay.Not sure if this is normal in NM but its horrible experience.

So I think because they are fairly new, they only have one Dr on staff on Sundays .I got to them 10 min after they opened at 9am. Didnt get seen till 11 with only 3 people ahead of me. They need to staff better but the staff they did have were all kind and efficient. I just felt like I paid 75$ copay to warm their waiting room seat just to spend less than 3 min with the actual dr. Might be different on a day they have better staffing but this was my experience.

Always prescribes only 7 days. My illness was almost gone on day 7 when I took my last antibiotic. Night of the next day it was full blown again. Still sick. Save your time and money. Go somewhere where theyll prescribe the correct amount and youll actually get better.

The appointment with the NP at CVS pharmacy went well and my prescription was filled quickly. However the on line scheduling process was horrible and I will not use it again! I booked one and it did not show on their system. I was considered a walk in and waited for 2 hours. I had also booked an appointment last month and was again a walk in and waited for 6 hours! I will cut out the frustration of on line and just walk in! I give it 4 stars because the staff did their jobs. The problem was the scheduling service.

Avoid this place if you are on Medicare Insurance. The billing office has been sending me a billing statement for the balance on what Medicare did not pay.Medicare paid 50% of the bill. However my Medicare summary shows that my provider can bill me zero dollars.

I have an update on a second time I came here. This time it was for 2 boils by my ear that my own dermatologist wouldnt deal with. I was in so much pain from the pressure and went here for a 2nd opinion. I didnt have to wait too long and didnt have an appt. The physician drained my infection and was knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to me and my not great experience at the dermatologist. I should have just gone here first. Im already feeling so much better. Thank you so much!I went on a weekday around noon and waited about 15 minutes. The PA listened to everything I had to say and was friendly and knowledgeable. I got the prescriptions that I requested for my very painful and sore neck. He said if I needed anything else to call. Ive had issues at other urgent care facilities where the physician didnt listen to me or rushed me but I didnt experience that here.

I went into this newly remodeled clinic in some physical distress, and was extremely happy with my care. The ma was professional and empathic to my needs, the cnp was also empathetic and just plain nice which was appreciated. Unfortunately, i am no stranger to the medical field, but the patience i was shown was a step ahead of others. Lastly, the ladies who checked me in and out were also very nice. People need to take lessons from this facility.

I would never recommend anyone to Corrupt Netcare I don’t care how good reviews it gets! I schedule appt at the Rio Rancho location near me while on Netcare website it shows the Rio Rancho and stated I can check in online it shows Rio Rancho location appointment for 2:30pm only reason I took that late afternoon appointment because Corrupt Netcare is only 5 minutes from my home. I arrived on time Corrupt front desk person tell I am scheduled far at Albuquerque location! I replied oh no while I was completing your online check in it shows Netcare Rio Rancho location do you think I am driving in far Albuquerque that late and while I was completely Netcare Urgent Care online I had to submit all my personal info take photos of my insurance card and corrupt Netcare have gall to ask me my ethnic and race what a person race ethnic background have to do with registrars for see a doctor

We were called back to c Dr.She looked at my eyes and knew exactly what I had.She was very professional. And smart.Told me What I needed. 2 prescriptions.I liked her alot.In and out. In about 1/2 he. U cant get good service like that @ rust. Been there twice. One wait 7 hours..2nd visit was 11 hours. Down right. Discussing.Very poor service.Ive heard lot of good compliments from other peopleOn different Next cares.May b Rust should check out Next care.
